Nupafeed help!

Does anyone have any experience of Nupafeed making their horse more stressy and aggressive rather than having a calming effect? My 13 year old Friesian mare is quite stressy, especially when stables but out in the field is usually fine, comes when called and is easy to catch. She does pace sometimes even in the field though so my vet recommended nupafeed. She's been on it 4 days and is now almost unhandlable...aggressive in field charging at me, very difficult to catch, rears at headcollar being put on and basically dangerous to ride , spooks at everything whereas before she was bombproof. I've changed nothing else about her routine apart from the nupafeed.
Any suggestions? I'm at my wits end with her! She is not in season and shares a field with just one other horse who is behaving normally.

Not quite as you describe, but it definitely doesn't help every horse. Are you on the loading dose? that is really quite high. I persevered with mine for about 4 weeks, but she was already very stressed and the nupafeed didn't seem to help at all. Perhaps yours just doesn't need the mega dose of magnesium.
