Thinking about trying this to see if it will take the edge of my spooky mare. I get the impression it's very horse specific. She already gets magnesium in her general supplement, she won't eat extra mag though. Happy for alternative suggestions too.

I used it for a while and when I needed a boost I used it with a valerian one too (light/ restricted work type scenario). When on both the valerian and the nupafeed I found it a bit too much to be honest and not how I would like a horse to be everyday, it didn't feel right/ fair.

Looking back, I'm not sure the nupafeed did much on it's own but it's always worth a go...

Try giving her Brewers Yeast its cheap enough to buy and is good for the stomach.

I've used it on various horses with variable results - I think it depends on how Mg sensitive they are.
I managed to overdose one lad on it - he was peeing bright golden yellow for a week ?
I've found success with most of the calners, but they are horse dependent.
The only thing I have found about nupafeed is that it does take time to get into the system, sometimes longer than you would expect.
