Nutrition for weight gain

WE want to help our 14.1
15 Yr old Connemara gain weight.
She is a bit under at the moment.
Lives out. Blanket clip. Thick rug. We have lots of grass and hay. She is ridden 5 times a week.
In her grain feeds I am interested in the carbohydrates/proteins/fats ratios.... More than the brand of feed...
And the best kinds of carb protein fat etc...

I’m feeding Spillers conditioning fibre alongside a balancer and conditioning cubes but the main bulk of his feed is the conditioning fibre. It’s low starch and high in oil so great for weight gain and slow release energy.
