Quick question as opinion seems to vary on the net. I have a huge bag of almonds 5kg that is just past its sell date.
I was thinking of giving a few handfuls a day to the boys as they are a great source of natural protein.
Any one fed Almonds before or know of any reason not to feed? Other wise the birds will be vary happy !

just Googled and seems to be mixed opinions so probs wouldn't chance it personally but on plus side birds will be happy and fat lol
