a wool one or everyday one?
i've just treated myself to a close contact jumping one (plain cotton) to go under my jumpign saddle that i'm rather naughtily using for WH's
i used to have a thick wool one but found it too bulky for my saddle...other find it fine though - suppose it depends what your saddle is fitted to - my saddler said if i wanted to use one he'd fit the saddle with it on as it affects fit
think they are fab! though if you want a wool one I would go for one of the half wool ones with a light (think I have ones with a 5oz quilt over) quilt. Their website is good for sale offers http://www.nuumed.com/shop/sale-items/numnahs-saddlepads.html
I use the fleece ones for hunting and they are worth every penny -haven't managed to wear one out yet, wash well and come up almost as new everytime. Have also got a high wither basic cotton one for the summer and again hard wearing and a good fit.
