Oat Straw or cheap hay in Oxfordshire/Berkshire area?

Does anybody know where I could get oat straw or cheap heay (lesser quality) hay in the Oxfordshire/Berkshire area. I have to buy hay from my yard but it is really fine and good quality so my horses are eating it really quickly (2 or 3hrs) so I want to bulk it out a bit rather than my horses standing with nothing to do.

I'd normally suggest knock on a sheep farmers door and ask if he has any of last years hay, but our sheep farming neighbour hasn't any and doubt there's much about due to last winter's weather
