1. clearly Pippa hasnt given up quite yet, much to the disgust of the opposition at south of england.
2. Mary King didnt take too long to get the measure of expensive new ride. more effusive thanks to vicky brake perhaps?
3. have we noticed that mathew wright is quietly picking up a few rosettes lately. winningnboth sections at necarne last week and third in the threee star at deaville this weekend beaten only by messieus Touzaint and Fredericks.
4. Love him or hate him it cannot be denied that oli townend does some miles. placeed at aske and south of england.
5. it seems that the PAVO champs will be hot this year. cant argue with the form of the winners at Moreton morell. think it is a good thing for british breeding. we need a show case like the french have le lion.

#2 has apparently done alot of back to basics with said horse, lots of lunging and ground work.
Just looked up the MM results- blimey there are some good horses there!
 
i dont expect mary has had to work too hard that horse always did a good test and vicky is well known in the area for doing a pretty good job. i was being a bit tongue in cheek as there wasa thread recently expressing amazement that mary thanked vicky so profusely at the eoropeans xx
 
I'm just going on what Mary's mum told me, I didn't realise Mary thanked VB at the Europeans I really must pay more attention.

Also noticed mathew wrights good form he is always over at the Irish events. See pippa was first and 5th in the "* and her nice young one won again.
which is the ride from vicky Brake?
Really looking forward to pavo, think chris won a section at MM. wonder who will win.
 
imperial cavelier was with vicky from a baby and no event is too far for oli if he thinks he will get placed. as for PAVO i think that chris will do well but dont know if that horse got quite enough quality on the flat to win x
 
ooo right will look out for IC, she did the ground work with CAC didnt she?
Yer OAVO turns into quite a dressage competition specially with last years 4 YO winner there.
