Obsessed with foal height progression

This is my first post on here but love reading the threads so thought I would give it a go.

my 9 month old colt is measuring at 14.1/2 Yh. He is expected to make 16.2hh. Is the likely? Any progression stories or photos for me to hear and look at. His dam was a ottb at 16.1 and sire 16.3 Hanoverian x cob. Thanks for any input

Now now, you aren't allowed to post questions like that without a photo ? We even have a thread for them "Foal Friday".

As I recall, my horse that grew to 17 hands, and I measured him so that's genuine, was about that size as a late weanling. I have his height measurements from 1 year onwards somewhere if I can find them.

? sorry my 1st filly was 14ish hands at 6 months. She’s now 2.5 years and 16.2.
Mum is 16.3, dad 16.1 ?
