Occult Sarcoid

I wondered if anyone could help with any creams or anything to help sarcoid by the eyes. Herbal remedies or something I can buy that helps get rid of these. They can be lasared off, however would like to try some altenatives first, anyone had a good experience with anything?

I would not put anything on a sarcoid near the eye without vet supervision. if they rub it into the eye you could end up with blinded horse.

You could try sarc-ex in the feed, it won't hurt.

Some have benefited from sarc-ex in feed, anecdotally at least. I don't know the science to say whether it truly works or not.

I wouldn't be putting anything on a sarcoid, particularly one near the eye, without veterinary guidance. It's so easy to make them worse. If it's just flat but unsightly, I'd just leave it be. All treatment has the risk of making it worse (Liverpool cream, lasering, other ointments etc).
