OCD in fetlock

Hi

This really is a long shot but don't know what to do. My horse has been diagnosed with OCD in his fetlock which is operable, but unfortunatly due to previous problems his insurance is invalid for this. So my question is does anyone have any idea how much we are talking about for the operation.

I think my vet and hospitalisation fees were about £3,000 a year ago. Well worth it as it has made a huge difference to my horse

had a horse operated on for ocd in april and it was £2,000

has your vet discussed IRAP with you? I don't know if it is an option for your horse but it will be cheaper than surgery.
