I have got a 2 1/2 year old British Warmblood Gelding. In the summer he developed a small lump on his hock. I thought it was a fly bite or kick. He was never lame on it and there is no heat in it. The lump is more soft. Yesterday I noticed 3 small lumps on his hock and small soft swelling but no heat. There is also a bit of swelling on other hock. I am really worried it could be OCD or bog spavin? I have bought him to do mainly affiliated Dressage with and I am worried he wont be up to it. I love him to bits regardless. Here are some pics of the hock. Sorry about his wet legs, I had just hosed them off.
