Odd lump appeared?

Will obviously get it checked out with vet but as usual found something bank holiday weekend ?‍

Lucy's had an odd scabby looking lump appear under her armpit. Looks almost sarcoidy. Obviously hasn't appeared overnight but must have grown fairly quick as I haven't noticed it.

Any ideas?

could it be a tick as it has arrived so quickly, its the sort of place they could go..my little terrier had a small lump on his side towards the elbow and it was a tick which was full up and dropped off just before i was going to phone the vet..

pic on this site above suggests a skin tag....
Ie..looks like a skin tag,usually benign skin growth,but really important to get a vet check as he will likely want to take a sample to check it’s not a small tumor. good luck.

I agree with BellaSophia, on it being a skin tag, I’ve had a few appear on my Labrador almost overnight it seems. I would get it checked out though just to be on the safe side.

Skintag, normally harmless. Just keep an eye on it for changes.

I think i is simply a skin tag. Good idea to be checked by the vet to exclude melanoma.

Melanoma, skin tag or Adenoma. Needs testing, you wont know if its benign from just looking at it.

I'm in Australia, that would be a remove ASAP sort of lesion here due to the Melanoma risk.
Risk is lower in the uk but it isn't 0.

bumping up as I’m very interested to know what it is..

ive got three small lumps to take off my two before relockdown which I’m sure will be upon us before Christmas.,one I’m sure is a simple lipoma( regrown,same spot).
the other two ,not sure,will know soon.

Was just a very large bumpy scab ?‍? fell off a few days after!
