I ordered a bag of micronised linseed a couple of weeks ago. The courier had problems finding my house so my delivery has been delayed.

Anyway, a white sack has just been delivered but it has NO DETAILS as to what it is! No note, no words on the sack, no clue as to what it is just a label with my name and address.

I've opened it and it looks and feels like sand.

As my hubby is a builder I thought I'd ask you guys. I can't see why hubby would order a small bag of sand in my name but stranger things have happened! I don't want to be feeding my baby sand!

Ah yes! I think it is linseed. Tastes horrible though. lol.

I've never seen linseed like this - I've only ever seen it as tiny seeds.

Thanks everyone. :D

Not entirely sure. I just did a google and it brought up a company.

I'll have a trawl through my emails in a bit and see if I can find out. :)

Sounds like Charnwood Mills possibly? Although they usually have the linseed inside another sack inside the parcel. Was surprised that they didn't include how much to feed with it when we got ours.
