Oddly no hair regrowth....

hi all, I clipped my Tb mare around the end of october when the clocks changed, and by now I would have expected to have done another clip if not the third clip- but her hair is still really short, almost as short as when it was initially clipped. I am worried that there might be something wrong with her- or are all TB's like this (never owner a full TB) before. Any ideas anyone?

I was just thinking the same thing about my TBX - gave him a trace clip at the beginning of November and it's still as short as ever. I just put it down to him being suitably rugged up and the hair not needing to grow back?

I wouldn't worry. When my sj was a baby I gave him a trace clip in December and I have photos of him in May and you can still see the clip.

Good rugs?? Just means that their warm enough and the hair growth isnt stimulated by them being cold. I have only clipped Jed twice and he's normally done 4 times +. Im glad though as he is a right nightmare to clip.
