Odering from Robinsons

I used to order stuff from Robinsons all the time, but havent done for about a year, i ordered some travel boots, does anyone know how many days they usually take to come?

I ordered some stuff in November, I think it took about 3 working days.

Think my order came within 3 or 4 days but I ordered at the beginning of the week so not overa weekend

It says standard delivery is 3-5 days, but Mine usually comes on the 3rd day.

I ordered stuff on the 3rd Jan and haven't received it either don't panic!

Think they are a bit busy at the moment as they are usually really quick!

I'm still waiting for an order placed mid December.

I order a fair bit through them and normally receive goods within a week but not sure what's going on atm. Not had any correspondence from them to explain the delay (items out of stock, etc) yet the money was debited from my account at the time of ordering.

Usually three days but OH ordered me some boots for christmas on the 23rd of Dec and still not arrived obviously didnt expect them to be here before new year but did expect from past experience for them to be here by now.

last year i ordered over £50 worth of stuff and it didn't turn up for over 2 weeks neddless to say i have never ordered from them again

When I order from them it normally arrives on the second day

I expect they're a bit busy atm though with Christmas then the sale - not sure if the weather would affect the deliveries too.

I think it depends what you ask for posting wise. I think standard is 7-10 days, express is 3-5? I got a jacket I ordered within 3 days (on the longer service)...BUT it was the wrong colour!!!!
