Al is doing PC intermediate areas, and Reg currently has 1 intermediate run under his belt. He has another booked in this weekend at Burghley, but we'd rather like 1 more before the 7th August because the track is very strong- big and technical!

We're Norfolk based, but'll travel up to 3 hours... Usually do PC stuff, but were considering doing the BE100 at Carlton if they'll take a very late entry- the course looks fairly nice from the photos?

Do you want him to do it in the competition atmosphere or is it worth going schooling somewhere ie Burnham/Blackwater and putting up SJs to said height and jumping round (then maybe re-jump if any errors) and then jumping around the XC course?

Can't seem to find any ODE's!

TBH M, he's pretty pro at both places, having been there many many times! It's the comp practise really- we're thinking potentially XC schooling somewhere if we can't but it's doing it all. f the ground's ok and the normal SJ ring is used he'll do CRC SJ and dressage most likely, but other than that we're stuck!

Gt Witchingham next weekend?
ets: D'oh, just noticed you're at Burghley this weekend - sorry :o

Ask you DC to enter them for Calvert Cup, nr Stevenage. Most of area 8 run a team or two. Individuals too
There are some Nov fences but lots of L fences so you could get round the whole course at PN if you wanted too.

It's 24th July.

Little bit further but Cottesmore PC at Oakham on the 24th, or Fernie PC on the 30th at Rolleston between Peteboro and Leicester. Both are good tracks if you dont mind the extra travelling

Isn't the SJ at 1.10m though? That height is just a step too far in SJ I think, although she's bursting to do it next year :)

Will toddle off for the Oakham schedule :) Half her entries have been area 6 this year! Apparently Rolleston is quite simple XC but with really flimsy, twisty SJ which wouldn't be ideal!

We've decided to save the ticket for later in the season- maybe at Lt Downham or somewhere. Looking at Flitteris Park now, if anyone has any course photos or information it would be awesome!

It is at 110 but it's never 'that' huge. Def not as big as an BE 110 or a BS one. The max height will be 110 to the poles and nothing bigger. B doesn't jump BS 110 but will happily jump Calvert and has done for years. I think she first did it on Willough when she was either 12 or 13, it was the biggest track she had ever jumped, was in the B team and went double clear! There is no water there though.
