Oestress powder or liquid

Need some help I'm going to try the above moody mare for my palomino Arab mare, however I don't know whether to get the liquid or the powder any help and suggestions welcome?

Hi, I used to use this and much prefered the liquid, I just thought it worked better and seemed more palatable for my mare. I really rated Oestress and definitely seen a difference in her when she wasnt on it. Prices seem to vary a lot, so shop around x

Main ingredient is agnus castus. If you can pick that up it’s much cheaper ?

I've tried that and been using it but not doing a lot she's still pins her ears back very moody maybe not giving her enough?
