Do any of you go to the gym bor run aswell and ride your ponies?! I'm looking for some decent quality gym leggings that aren't see through! I did consider wearing my flexars but they are a little too thick! Does anyone else run/go to the gym and can recommend some nice decent leggings?

Do you want to ride in them as well? If so, I can't recommend you any as all my gym leggings are super slippery!

Otherwise, unfortunately the best I've found have been Lululemon. They do a range called Wunder Train and for me it's perfect - soft fabric, a little compression but not much (I hate high compression leggings), they don't fall down, roll down, rub etc. And no way they're see through. The downside is the price so I just check every sale they have and pick a pair up for c. £40-50. I particularly like the version that has side pockets for your phone.

I've tried cheaper brands (hated fabletics, just awful) but now have 4 pairs of these, 3 I've had for years and they still look good. Hopefully someone will be along with cheaper suggestions for you!

No I would change to ride!

While we're here can anyone point me at leggings for pilates with are tight on the calf but not skintight above the knee? I'm 65, I really don't want a cut that shows every cellulite dimple when I'm doing a happy baby or a downward dog!

I wear lightweight joggers with cuff ankles for Pilates as I don’t like every bump on show. Ive bought several cheap pairs from SportsDirect, and in summer have ones that finish mid-calf.

I like shorts with spandex underneath so nobody can see up and don't reveal anything (I use them for hiking as well - ones lile these:https://www.kongrunning.com/clothin...2zWH7MKW51Kym-Jj2-P5aiykJYYLTmugaAm_aEALw_wcB). I think I have a pair of UA leggings that I keep in my gym bag in case I forget my shorts and they are OK. I have a pair of Nike ones I had to splash out for at the gym once as well when I forgot shorts (it doesn't happen that often) which were also ok. But in general not a fan of leggings as I find they aren't the most flattering (at least on me), I feel strangely exposed, and I like the fresh air on my legs

I love 2XU leggings. Never see through, compression and flattering. They are my favourites.

I have 2 pairs of gymshark leggings and I hate them. The one pair keep falling down, even just for daily wearing and are useless for running. They were a gift but I wouldn’t buy another pair.

I bought some Baleaf gym leggings fom Amazon to ride in as they looked just like Flexars but were only £10. They are just like Flexars but lighter and i've worn them for running too. I love them, especially the high waist. I have no hips and a very round tummy so anything that doesn't come right up to my boobs won't stay put when I start moving.
