Offended people - Queued moderation proposal

I have just spent a lot of time reading through the posts from offended and upset people.

I have a suggestion to make. Why don't we ask admin to queue all posts and not publish them until they have been checked to ensure that no one will be offended. Any that might offend will be deleted before anyone sees them.

Then people will stop posting about what they like and dislike and everyone will be nice, no one will be upset and have to be doubly offensive in their defence of themselves.
