what would you do if office politics/ back bitting and general sillyness was getting you down -
If you really quite like a yard but the nicer people had moved away or were thinking of moving in the next couple of months, the YO moaned about people behind their backs and the facilties werent that great - would you stick it out and see how it goes, if nice new people arrived, a new YO is coming soon or would you move to get away from it.

I think in either case, I'd definitely be looking around elsewhere for another job/yard just to see what else could be available. Then at least you can make an informed decision.

would/ have moved yards due to this, isnt worth putting up with, is meant to be a place where you can enjoy your horse not dred going to! Have to say tho, been on a few livery yards and only moved once due to this, there are plenty of yards with lovely people on isnt all yards!!
