Just had a policyholder cancel a policy as they've "found a cheaper quote elsewhere" and yes it is with.. (we all know who!). When will these people ever learn - you get what you pay for?! Oh dear, poor souls we get it happen all the time

I am helpless to stop them sadly, people will always shop around, it's expected but unfortunately I cannot tell them where NOT to go. Let's just hope they don't have to claim!

Happens all the time - had one though that did it then promptly told their vet what they'd done and he told her to cancel her new policy immediately and she came back!
