I know how hard it is, because I've done the same thing. When you've stopped feeling so awful, you will feel better, I promise. Horses are an expensive way to make yourself miserable.

Well done for making a tough decision!! I know how hard it can be as i have been in the situation myself.

Have you also tried horsemart?? When i put my horse up on it i got loads of response whereas i hardly got any from project horses. Or is that what your hoping

I know exactly what you are saying Stimpy - I finally relented and sold my guy to my neighbour....but the weird thing is - I feel very very good about it. Why I faffed around for so long is quite beyond me.

You will find him a wonderful home I'm sure, and then you will feel just like I do at the moment.

It's a site where you can advertise horses that have issues etc. People are very honest about their horses faults and foibles so you know exactly what you are getting if you want to take them on. It's an excellent site (IMHO).

I think that if I ever parted with my mare (unlikely!) she would be put on there as she is a sensitive soul
