i sold this bit on ebay, and now the buyer has returned it, saying that it barely measures 5 1/2" and is not as described.
i don't mind refunding for the bit, but i don't really see why i should refund postage too. i'm new to this. what do i do?
i said it measures 5 3/4", and i still think it does! what do you think? do you measure bits in a curve as if they're in the horse's mouth, or flat?
