Went to turn the boys out this morning and the little shetland was very tentative on his feet. I have everything crossed that it isnt Laminitis again. He hasn't had it for 6 years!
In a bid to stop him getting it again he now comes in at night, has a grazing muzzle on for 9 months of the year and is in a very bare paddock.
Have left him in today and he has gone nuts at being separated from the big one (my dressage horse). Have left message for Farrier to see if he can come and have a look as feet were trimmed on Saturday and just wondering if he could be sore from that. The souls of his feet look very low - never been like that before, wondering if he has taken too much off the toe!!!!!
Arghhhhhhh if its not one thing its another. Only just got the big one sound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
