So pony is pink skinned, suffers with burnt nose in summer and mud fever in winter, but noticed yesterday after riding (xc schooling) that his over reach had obviously rubbed his heels and they're now looking very sore, so covered them in sudacreme .. Anything else I should have done/ put on it? And now what can I do to prevent this? Was thinking of getting ones with sheepskin around the top and ones that are a different material as current ones are rubber?
