Oh poo! I think P needs another operation

Routine post op xrays today.

Bit shocked to be told there appears to be another cyst that has either grown since the last surgery or possibly missed, due to the two cysts she had removed obscuring the view of it on xray.

Gutted!

Will know more on Monday when Leahurst have reviewed her films.

I had been saying for weeks that I was concerned things weren't right. She still had nasal discharge. Kept being told it was normal....but now I'm thinking it was a symptom.

Ach well. I guess them saying something is wrong (and hopefully fixable) is marginally better than giving me the all clear and me thinking "but...but...why is her nose STILL running?"

I just hope this isn't going to keep happening. Three cysts? Surely that's not "normal" for this type of problem. I can't afford £2k every 7 weeks for surgery.
