oil seed rape - ok 4 horses?

Is oil see rape any threat to horses? there are a few plants crossed over in to my field, going to have a digging up session tomrrow as tried pulling them but even as baby shoots they have quite tough roots. just wanted to check they are no problem for horses in case i miss any?

very doubtful as have known cases where people have used rape straw for bedding down.
