well the bay definetly looks to have some Clydesdale in them possibly crossed with a suffolk punch or some kind of cob

The other I would guess shire x cob

And the answer is
the bay is a 17.3, 18 year old Vladimir (Russian heavy draught horse) - he was imported from Russia 14 years ago.

the black mare is a 17hh, 9 year old Clydesdale x.

These two have a huge amount of fans locally as they are just so good natured and make heads turn wherever they go!

Luckily as they have such huge feet, they don't sink in the mud

and don't get too muddy. I just brush the dry mud off.
