who wants a Highland now?

My friend rides some for a local breeder. All of the ones I've seen are very level headed and uncomplicated but have a cheeky personality.
My mare, of unknown breeding, is rather Highland like :)

I wanted one anyway, but totally want one now! Have dropped so many hints to my OH... What a great family pony, weight carrier for him to ride, easy to keep etc etc...

I met one in tHe flesh for the first time this week so I was already smitten:) ;) he had the most fabulous feet btw. That a feature of the breed?

I imagine so, but I also imagine Highlands wouldn't be over fed molassed/cereal based bucket feeds nor shod from an early age, - also a factor IMO......:D

Lol highlands are cantankerous sods :p:D. And you will never get a jumping saddle to fit their huge come as standard shoulders :D:D

(I know how to wake JFTD up!!)

Me!! Just been eyeing up a yearling :/ haha!
Also blame jftd as her fergs is just lush! Bet she was squirming at the insulation on some of the highlands shown hehe

Oooo Oberon! Nice, like it!

Is it wrong to like the practical fact that you wouldnt see stable stains :P

Heey maybe she's too busy admiring her pretty pony to care about her spelling. Plus widening her market, don't think anyone is a 'novise' :P
