Sorry for the self indulgent post but I really have HAD it now.

After nearly losing Oscar, OH dumping me and now today Ty has cut his leg badly on electric fence wire.....next few days will tell whether he's another liphook case.

I really don't understand what I've done to deserve this....

Off for a VERY big glass of wine!

If its any consolation, my horse just knocked me over in the field and trod on my arm luckily with his hind foot that isn't shod. I was covered in the feed that I was about the feed him and to really top it off, the men doing our building work saw it all....

Not an indulgent post at all. Sorry you're having a bad time. Nothing you've done wrong I'm sure. Hang in there I'm sure things will improve with time.

Sorry to hear about everything thats gone wrong for you and the horses, I hope Ty's leg gets better quickly and he won't have to go to Liphook, as for the OH I don't know anything about the circumstances but you're probably much better off without him!
Take care and remember everything happens for a reason and try to believe in fate, something good will happen soon I'm sure.

I am sure things will get better soon. That should be your "three bad things" over and done with! Actually 2008 has been a bad year for me and many other people i know, dont know why! Hopefully the rest of the year will be better. And i too believe everything happens for a reason.

I've learned not to make wishes this year...treeless saddle problems....pony unrideable for 2 months, getting caught in the middle of yard politics and loosing a "good friend" through someone else's actions, pony pinging suspensory ligament now don't know when I will ride her again..maybe a Xmas pressie...what did I do...well after last year (don't go there) I wished for a stress free year...more fool me...do I dare open the front door???? It does get better...at least I can concentrate on clearing the credit cards instead of spending on horsebox hire, lessons and competition entries. Ultimately I may be transport independant next year...not wishing...no....just quietly hopeful this time..LOL
