Moses has got his own way.......after a few days of him being a grumpy, opiniated git I have given in and allowed him to come in at night!! You would think that being a welsh cob he wouldn't be too bothered about a bit of rain!! I am a great beliver in out is best but he's not a happy lad at the mo.....monday he had a lesson and had been out all night = grumpy, I left him in moday night, and hacked tues morning = bright and happy, left him out last night = him being a git when ridden tonight!!!! Oh dear I now have a wuss!!

Ha ha - i too have a Welsh Cob who prefers his creature comforts!
Technically would live out but the grumpiness, strops and general diva/princess like attitude just isn't worth it. In fact he is a bit of a 'princess' full stop!! Happy out in summer but will be first at the gate shouting to come in at the first hint of winter!

Anyone else have woosy cobs?

My share cob is fist to the gate asking to come in in winter, but that's more to do with preferring to stuff himself with hay than pick at winter grass LOL!
