My cat has lumpy ears.
I don't have any photos unfortunately so will try to describe it as best as I can. The cat, Baggy, came in recently with what only I can describe as lumps all over his ears. Some were slightly bleeding as he was scratching them. He slightly head shakes.
Immediately took him to the vet and they weren't sure what it could be so gave his a steroid injection and some desimol (sp?) cream. After a couple of days the lumps reduced, and only one or two larger ones remained but they were by now tiny.
Fast forward to yesterday and the lumps are back with him scratching at them. I went into the vets earlier today without the cat as he has gone off on one of his expeditions and they are still not sure... I think it could be ear mites but I'm not sure.
So does anyone know what it could be??
