One problem I never covered was "if a volcano errupts" and the owners cannot get bac for the animals, I will be chocka:confused::eek::rolleyes:

Oh the joy of bassets for 3 weeks now:(

Haha, I was just talking to my old boss about the exact same thing! Although she hasn't got it too bad as she isn't too busy at the moment and all the people that were going have now cancelled, so isn't fit to burst... yet!

My friends is stranded in Gran Canaria (horrid place to be stranded hey?! ;) ), their dog is in a kennels around the corner. I text them saying if they couldn't keep him I'd have him, but the kennels have said it's fine for him to stay.

It's just another thing for them to stress about!

I have three cesky terriers here whose owners are stuck in Southern California. They should have flown back last Thursday for a Friday pickup and now will probably be late this week at the earliest.

I also have a rescue Basset who hasn't yet got a home.

I have cancellations from people who can't fly out so I'm not struggling for space -Yet!

You may be pleased to hear that scottish airspace looks as though it will be opened tomorrow and possibly London later in the day as well, here hoping!

A x

Hi,

We are looking for a Basset - we already have Henry who is 3 years old and we adore him. We are in Essex, someone is always home and we would be grateful if you could point us in the right direction.

Thanks,

Debs
