Telephone them & let them know of your complaint. The item they have sent you is 'not as described' & you will be entitled to your money back. I would also ask for refund of your postage paid plus the cost of posting it back to them.

get in touch with them and I'm sure they will sort it out. I live only 2 mins up the road from them and they are very good, will sort out any problems! ask to speak to Julie

I rang them and they say they have changed the design, I explained that I am not happy as I could buy one like they have sent me for £50 anyway plus I really want the one with the bits to stop the rugs slipping off. The manager is ringing me on Monday to sort out. I want the rack that I ordered though not a refund. I might accept it if I can keep this one but pay £50 less 25% but it still not te one I want
 
They are false advertising, and they can not do that, unless clearly stated in the advert!
Ask for a full refund including getting this one sent back, you could take them to trading standards if they do not help you.
However I must admit I have had problems before and they were very helpful.
 
Sorry I think this post is defamatory. They havent done anything wrong, if they had refused to take it back then yes I would understand. They are always more than helpful (and seems they are being with you too!) Yes maybe they should have updated their web page when the design was updated, but it is prob still the same product with the same list price for themselves.

Myself and a couple of other people I know have ordered from them, received quick and helpful service and got the 25% off, so I would highly recommend them.
