Old Dairy Saddlery Sale?

I ordered a load of stuff last night online (@25% off!)
I had the order number come up after I'd paid - it says they will deduct the 25% when processing your order.
Normally, if I order online I get a confirmation email but I've had nothing - and stupidly forgot to save the order number last night.
Has anyone ordered online from Old Dairy Saddlery recently? Did you get a confirmation email? And more importantly,did your stuff arrived on time?

Yes, it seems like a bit of a backward system, but never had any problems at all with postage or collection (which i sometimes do to save postage charge). Can always send them an email with your order and you will get a quick reply.

Hmmm... I emailed them about something last week but have had no reply yet. Not sure if I should place an order now if they can't even reply to an email!

I have just spoken to them on the phone (very helpful) and I had mis-typed my email address

, hence no confirmation email!
So, all my fault. One item is out of stock but they are sending the rest!

I buy from them and I've never had an issue with them billing me.

If you do have a problem just contact them I'm sure they will put it right for you - they seem to want to please

Wilber, just wandering if you can order on the internet to get the discount but pick up as live close by. Is there a facility to avoid postage and delivery?
