I agree, regardless of the detail, you can't leave your pony with people who don't want to care for her any more. I had a 26 year old share pony a long time ago and he was great, we went everywhere together, so it's very possible that she's OK. She looks fine in the vids.
I would not be happy to find that the sharers are dosing my pony up with bute when the vet had not attended for a year. Also that they've made up their own minds it was time to pts. So I'd take her home without delay.
