no just down the road....literally one field away!!!! its got much more potential for what we need as its a blank canvas, we've really liked living where we are atm but although the house up the road isn't as nice it is so much better in a horse sense as we've developed as much as we can here and we can start from scratch up the road and have it set up as we need. we've just got the planning through which is good....so just waiting on the sale of this place.
