Oldenburg show

I am in talks with the Oldenburg society regarding holding a show here next year for UK breeders to show and promote their Oldenburg stock and we are now at the stage where we would like to know how would be keen on attending it. Foal branding and mare inspections would be done at the same time

hiya, yes we'd be interested, oh and I were talking about it the other day when we were talking about the branding and saying it would be good if they did a show here. also, what would be good is (if it were held early enough) if they would look at colts and give you a yay or ney as to whether to send them to the main approvals in vechta? that way you'd be getting an informed opinion by the people who assess them.

Cant you get your mare graded at the annual inspections ?? x

you have to have your mare graded (if she's not oldenburg) to register the foal oldenburg so they will look at her when you have the foal branded.

yes that is exactly what im doing in 3 weeks time when i take mum and baby - mum is belgium warmblood x
