My 4yo now scrapes the floor and does a twisty head thing to get attention, both she has learnt off my 20yo! so what have your horses taught each other??

I'm petrified my 15yo ex racer is going to teach my 4 yo that every tiny little thing requires an extreme over the top reaction. He has recently been teaching him to play the 'nippy necks game' which is actually just 'bite each other as hard as you dare game'.

My YO lets her horses in from the field one at a time, and they walk to their stable which is open. She closes it, opens the next stable, lets the next one through. Every time her naughty cob wanders off rather than going to his stable, when she lets her youngster through next she does exactly the same thing. But if he has gone straight to his stable, she goes straight to hers!

We also found that when we had the dentist, the youngster watched the dentist and then rocked as he was rasping each horse, as though he was doing her teeth. Very amusing to watch!

My 27 year old Welsh A (who taught me and sis to ride and is now spoilt rotten) has taught our 8 year old Shetland to headbutt people (nearly knocks you over, Penny's allowed because she can do no wrong, but little'un...) Fortunately she hasn't yet taught her to jump out of the electric fence paddocks, but there's plenty of time. I can just see Penny giving lessons in the evenings!
