On the highlights he fell off, the horse got up and so did he, but someone was holding a cover away from the crowd.
We heard nothing since so has anyone heard how they both are? :)

There was something on his facebook that the horse had a puncture wound to the chest but is being treated and is fine. So is he

Never seen him riding in quite such a determind fashion. He always looks a strong rider and quite "clamped" on but never seen him flapping his arms etc as he was on this round.

We watched the XC rounds back and rewound where appropriate - very different styles (not negative just commenting) an interesting to see. We rewound Sam Griffiths and that leap down the bank (OMG!) and he set his horse up for every fence. Shame Blyth Tait retired as he was riding pretty much a copybook round up to that point and Mary King .... the big white spread near the end... if you stop and rewind, you will see that her mare decided to not go straight over it..she jumped across at an angle..Wow!
