has got internal injuries from fall at tweaseldown on saturday otherwise not a mark on him and will be released from hospital in the next couple of days. the horse died from a burst aorta, it sadly was already dead when it broke its neck falling. by all accounts the round had been a perfectly pleasant schooling round with no reason to think anything was wrong until the hoorse faltered and failed to take off at the last.

Poor Oli - nothing much worse
Least horse we hope would have known little about it, I always like to think when they go "in action" their adrenalin is running sufficiently that they feel no pain.
