I wanted to order a few things from them via their website but i re-directed to the derby house website which does not have the items i want to order. I know DH has taken over Olney but is it to be just another DH or wil it still sell the items that most DH dont sell?

Sadly, I dont think the service is anything like as good now it is part of Derby House - I ordered 3 items a while ago - one can promptly, one took a month - and one never arrived at all. They often dont stock what is in their catalogue, so order when they get orders - hence the long delays. I'd check before you order that they have what you want, unless you dont mind not getting things for ages.

Yup!! Same here. I ordered several items and 2 months later I had some more promised dates but still no goods. In the end I cancelled my order. I really should learn, I get a consistently bad service from them.

If you go to the shop now the range has been dumbed down and standardised. Don't have so much of the nice special stuff, more everyday.

Very sad they have lost the plot only thing worth getting is their own brand breeches.
