I was just looking for a bit of advice really. I'm goint to Olympia to watch the monday evening performance in december and am just a little concerned about getting public transport home. On the website it states that the show closes at 10.45pm, the last train that I can get back to Hampshire is around 11:23pm. Do you think this is possible? Does the show normally run to time? Also concerned as obviously lots of people will be rushing for trains at the same time, so congestion getting out of the arena may be tough! The only reason I'm asking now, is I know you can buy parking but its limited, so I was wondering if this is the better option?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated ... thank you !

It can get congested on the way out but if you are worried you could always leave during the finale? Cant help with trains unfortunately as we stay down there. Normally can't get a taxi either so end up walking back to the hotel!

When I went last year, it took ages for everyone to get out afterwards, we were walking at snails pace til we were actually out of the building!
So you could just leave a bit earlier? Then you should be able to make it

We also live in Hants and I think you would really be pushing it to get back to Waterloo in time. Parking at Olympia is v good & doesn't sell out too early. Otherwise you might want to consider missing the finale & hope for luck with tube connections!

I buy the parking, It's great value at about £20 and really close to the event. Never had any issues in getting it and I've been going for years! I ususally buy a whole days parking and go for a shop in London first!

Have fun!
