We're going by minibus, should get there by lunchtime. Pizza Express for lunch, trade stand shopping and then the performance.

What about you?

Im from Windsor so not to far, we usually drive 5 in the car and book a car park, its about 20-30 pounds but shared out thats not to bad. We aim to hit london just after 6 so we dont have to pay the congestion charge!:D Bit of shopping and watch the perfomance while eating my packed lunch as food there is ridiclasly priced!! This year im taking my year for the first time, she was supposed to go last year but as there was so much snow and i only had a fiesta didnt want to drive there and the trains were not running so gave it a miss!!! But my tickets are freebies through work so luckily hadnt fored out for them!!:D;)

Although i havnt booked the parking as been so disorganised for everything this xmas, so may have to train it up if its fully booked!!!:(

Quick question, we have the car park booked for the evening performance. What time can we get in on the actual olympia tickets to go shopping? Thanks :)

Flying down to be in london by lunchtime, check into hotel 5 mins from olympia then hit the tradestands, take the plunder back to the hotel grab a quick bite, then head back for the evening performance. Next day being spent having a mooch around london before getting the flight back home in the evening.
Ive never been to olympia before, so am winging it

Monday. Train there and back. Pack up food to graze during the day then usually a pizza on way out and junk food all the way home!

Driving down, picking up niecelet on the way, Aiming to get there aroudn 2.30, have a good trawl of the shopping village, have tea, get in our seats for the evening performance.

Haven't been for donkeys' years (should that be ponies' years?) so really looking forward to it. Can't wait to see the kids' faces, I think they will have a lovely time.

Lots of the horseboxes are parked offsite. You deliver your horse and get them settled then you have to take horsebox or trailer to another site then they bus you in and out. My YO went a few years ago to do M&Ms with her old horse. She didn't really like it because apparently normally at posh overnight shows (can you tell I only do the sort you hack to?) you can stay in the lorry to be really near your horse all the time while they are in a strange environment but at Olympia you had to stay really far away.

I can't wait, always wanted to go since I was about 10, and never been before. We're taking daughter and friend, so picking them up from school which finishes at 1 , and taking friend's mother too, have car park booked (tried the driveway parking website but no-one came back to me).
Then we're going to a cafe in Blythe Road (round the back) for a slap up but very cheap lunch, before going in to shop and then see the evening performance.

I can't wait :D

Train and tube from SE London, get off at High St Ken and walk!

Going for Sunday afternoon performance - will be there waiting for the shopping village to open, then rushing in to get my plastic working!

How sad am I, I'm even considering buying a shopping village ticket for Monday night too, just to I can pick up some end of show bargains...
