Olympia Members Tickets

Hi. Has anyone who booked top price tickets for Olympia received their Members' Passes? I got my tickets around 2 weeks ago and despite 2 phone calls to the booking office line, I've not received my Member's passes? They promised me that they were coming out by separate cover but I've still not had anything?
Just want to know i I should chase them again or if their second class post is just really really slow.

Yep my members passes came in the same envelope as my tickets?

We got them twice! One set of tickets - but two sets of badges. Actually this happened last year too. Perhaps I should put the badges on ebay!

I rang the Olympia ticket hotline today (for the third time) and am now waiting for someone in customer services to call me on Monday or Tuesday. Something tells me they won't and I will have a disagreement on the day!
