Olympia tickets - when are they despatched?

I shall ask in here cos everyone is ignoring me in Soapbox - has anyone ordered Olympia tickets online, and if so have you received them yet? I ordered mine ages ago (for the dressage) and havent had them yet even though my flipping credit card was debited straight away

I ordered mine ages ago. There for Sunday daytime.

Last year I remember them coming a couple of weeks before Olympia, they left it quite late.
