Olympia - What are the Ivy & Mistletoe Stakes?

I have bought tickets to Olympia for the first time as a present for my mum

Its on the Saturday evening and the schedule says H&M Mistletoe and then H&M Ivy stakes are on. Could someone please explain what they entail?

Also I don't think I have the best tickets as they are selling out fast - Block 18, row U, seats 38 to 42. Has anyone ever sat anywhere near there? It is kind of in the corner.

We were in block 17 last year and it was fine - it's not that big a venue so you get a decent view from pretty much everywhere
