Olympia -Worth a trip alone or not?

Never been before and today I've seen a good offer on train tickets for Olympia week (weekdays) so wondering if it would be worth going to?

I'd be going by myself so would you think I would enjoy it (slightly worried its for families)

Do you buy afternoon and evening tickets or is one enough?

Shopping- is there often many good offers on?

Help appreciated

Def worth it! I didn't think it was particularly full of families, just lots of people! We just go for afternoon or evening, can't afford both! What's on is the same, other than the one comp so we just pick the comp we want to see and then go for that.

Yes well worth the trip, and ditto above, the 'shows' are repeated for afternoon and evening performance so no real need to go to both.

I went alone last year as no one else available on the same night. I had a specific bridle i wanted to get and to take advantage of show prices. I managed to get there hammer the shopping without having to worry about whether whoever I was with wanted to look at the same things too. I then sat back and watched the performance. While it is nice to go with someone so you can share the experience, I still had a good time on my own.
