Hi got my tickets for Olympia today and a members badge came with it. ( yellow colour ) does any one know what this badge is for? Does it allow you to visit the stables if not then do any of you know how you go about visiting the stables. I've gone to Olympia five times now and would love to see the horses in the stables. Going for three days this time. excited or what.

Nowadays there is no public access to the stables, because it is not allowed under FEI rules. The only way it is possible, is if you have a friend with a pass who might be able to smuggle you in, or if you win 1 of the competitions when you can take a guided "behind-the-scenes" tour.

The members badge gives you access to the members' area on the balcony - less crowded loos than those downstairs!

You can also book dinner in the members restaurant. Would recommend it as the Pizza Express is a nightmare but the jacket potato place is good!
