That Italian test looked nice (what I saw of it), but some expensive mistakes in the tempis.

Me too. The nicest of all the Spanish/Portuguese horses today. Seemed to have both lose extensions and movement and the nice collection typical of the breed.

and he was lovely and exubarant. Resonable score as some errors - the last piaffe struggled a little and the pirouettes lost rythym but I rather liked him. Wish I had seen Emma's test though

I've deserted to BBC I'm afraid!
But now I've peeked and know how Emma did, I'm looking forward to it, may try to dazzle my two with guessing her score ......

I am just watching the BBCi coverage and I am just watching a Russian rider.

Is it just me or do some of these horses resemble oxes? They are so wide and thick set.

Either that or the riders are tiny :s

I'm not really a dressage person, (far from it

) but did enjoy much of what I caught of today's coverage and felt I learnt a lot

Emma's test was beautiful

I agree, one of the best of the day. Her horse was so elegant and beautiful.

There were some horrid looking horses. Really cresty things that looked like steroid pumped weight lifters. Really horrid, all front and no back.
